Citroën Ami mirror cover

The Closure Cap for the Citroën Ami Exterior Mirror is the small cover located at the base of the side mirror, at the point of its attachment to the bodywork. It covers the attachment area and the screw head to maintain a clean finish around the mirror. Since the Citroën Ami is equipped with manually adjustable exterior mirrors, this component directly contributes to the finish of their attachment. This Citroën Ami Mirror Screw Cap , also known as a fastening cap or closure cover, can be lost during vehicle use, particularly after servicing the mirror. Its small size and exposed location also make its loss relatively easy to notice. Once absent, the attachment area remains visible, and the original appearance of the mirror is no longer preserved. This replacement allows for a finish closer to the original around the attachment of the exterior mirror. It provides a practical solution to restore a Citroën Ami whose original cap has been lost or damaged, without having to replace the entire mirror. The part can also be searched under the names mirror screw cap, mirror fastening cap, or Citroën Ami side mirror cover .
